CK Septic Service Scheduling

We look forward to working with you.  We typically get most calls for service scheduled within a week or two of your phone call (unless you request us to service you when the ground is good and dry OR if it is an emergency situation).

When you call or email to schedule your service, there are a few questions we are going to ask you:

Name?

Address?

Contact Phone Number & Email?

Is this an Emergency or a Routine Pump?

How far away are your lids from your driveway?  Can we drive right up to it without driving on your lawn? If we have to drive on your lawn, we want to schedule you on a day when the ground is good and dry.  Please specify that you would like to be on the dry list when you schedule.

Rolling hills are common in Wisconsin.  It is important for you to let us know if there is an incline from where we will park our truck to your system.  Steep inclines are hard pulls for our vacuum pump and will require us to schedule a longer visit at you property.  In some cases, an extra fee will be charged the longer it takes our truck to empty your system.  Getting us as close as possible is key to an efficient service visit.

If your system has obstacles to get to it (ex. down a hill, back in the woods, buried lids, etc.) please let us know when scheduling.

Please note- If any of your tank lids are buried, you should have them all dug up and exposed before we arrive at your property.  You also MUST have all weeds cut from around your lids and a path to your lids.  Spring time is a great time to schedule before weeds and flower bloom.

We want you to have the best possible experience working with us!

We will then call you the afternoon/evening before your scheduled pumping service to let you know we will be at your property.
