Septic & Holding Tank Pumping, Inspections and Fulfillment of your County Maintenance Plan

Prices are subject to change depending on the job:

Normal Septic Service calls are $195.00 plus $0.06 per gallon of what we pump and dispose of. This price is based on a normal, routine service lasting about 15-30 minutes.  Should your system be a long pull due to placement of your system vs where our truck can park OR your systems material is very thick due to an irregular maintenance plan, your charge may be more because we will be at your property longer than normal and use more force/equipment to clean your system.  All septage CK Septic Service pumps is disposed of at a local Waste Water Treatment Plant.  CK Septic Service does not do any land applying. We strive to give you the best service we can and keep your system working as long as it is able.

A general septic service call will includes pumping and filter cleaning (if your system has a filer), disposal and county maintenance inspection (if needed at the time of your service). CK Septic Service delivers all county inspection to your county office as soon as your service is paid for in full. Service payment is due within 15 days of service. Inspections are not filed with the county until invoices are paid in full.  CK Septic Service accepts checks, cash or Credit Cards (*Credit Cards are accepted with an additional 3.5% transaction fee added to your bill). Late fee's do apply to accounts that are 30 days past due.

For Holding Tank Service- Pump and Disposal, please call CK Septic for Pricing.  We offer a flat rate and automatic routine service schedules.

Additional fees may be charged at the time of your service if:

*Your lids are not accessible (Please have all your lids dug up before we arrive at your property)

*If the distance between where we have to park our truck and your lids is further than 90 feet

*If your system is on a steep incline and the service pump takes longer than an average service pump (typically longer than 30 minutes)

*If your lids are covered with weeds and there is not a clear path to your lids

*If we get to your property and you have no idea where your systems lids are located

*If you have not been part of a regular maintenance plan and the material in your system is thick and hard to move.  This is hard on our pumps and takes extra time and care.  A regular maintenance plan is advised to avoid this as well as help the longevity of your system.

*Current State & County Code requires that all lids are chained and locked with a keyed padlock.  If you service is part of your county maintenance inspection and your system does not have attached chain or working padlock, CK Septic will install during the inspection visit unless discussed otherwise at scheduling.  New Chain and Padlock is $50 per lid.

Commercial

Holding Tank Customers have the option of being put on a monthly, bi-monthly, 6 month or yearly schedule at a flat rate.  Contact us to be added to our schedule and discuss details.

Repairs

Some of the repairs we are able to offer are Lid Replacements, Riser installations and Chain/Lock installations.

For other repairs we are able to give you great recommendations for who to work with.  We partner with many different companies to offer the best service for your system.  CK Septic Service does not do installations.  However, we are happy to give you a recommendation on who to call.

Payment Plans

We know that sometimes one can be strapped.  We do offer payment plan options for your service.  If a payment plan is needed, please set it up with Katie during scheduling- prior to your service date.  If your service requires a County Maintenance report, CK Septic Service files all reports with the county once service is paid for.  Please plan accordingly when scheduling if a payment plan is needed so that your service can be paid for before your county deadline.

We want your service to be as quick and efficient as possible.  We look forward to working with you!
